Job Description

Location: Near MacPherson MRT Station

1. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Marketing Intern at Dr.Bags, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence across various digital and retail channels. Your creativity, passion for content, and marketing skills will help amplify our social media presence, foster customer engagement, and support the execution of integrated marketing strategies

2. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media & Content Creation:

. Assist the Marketing Executive with developing and implementing social media strategies that align with Dr Bags business goals across platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

. Work closely with the Designer too to curate and write engaging content (text, images, and videos) for social media channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

. Manage the content calendar, scheduling posts and ensuring timely content delivery.

. Assist in community management, responding to comments and engaging with followers to foster a loyal online community.

. Monitor and analyse social media performance, offering insights for continuous improvement.

360 Marketing & Promotions:

. Collaborate in the creation of comprehensive marketing and promotional plans aimed at increasing customer engagement and driving sales (e.g., boosting basket size and frequency of services).

. Assist in managing the A&P budget, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated limits while maximising impact.

. Help design and execute PR gifting, events, and influencer collaborations to amplify brand visibility and engagement.

Integrated Communications & Digital Strategy:

. Support day-to-day PR activities and relationship management with influencers, media, and key stakeholders.

. Assist in the development and optimization of brand CRM strategies to acquire new customers and drive deeper engagement with existing ones.

Support for Stores & Online Sales Team:

. Assist with marketing communications in-store, supporting visual merchandising and ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints.

. Work closely with both the Store and Online Sales team to amplify promotional campaigns and support sales targets.

. Collaborate with the Designer on updating visual merchandising to maintain brand consistency both online and offline.

. Support the creation of premium gifts with purchase to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Additional Responsibilities:

. Assist the Marketing team with competitive analysis, tracking competitor activities and marketing trends.

. Assist with administrative tasks and miscellaneous marketing duties as needed.

3. QUALIFICATIONS

. Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

. A strong passion for social media, influencer marketing, and content creation.

. Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and influencer outreach.

. Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

. Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
