Marketing Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content & Marketing Intern who loves social media, fashion and working with children.

You will help create fun and engaging content for Kids21 and Kids Space across Instagram and TikTok. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys filming, editing videos and capturing authentic moments with children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Create content for Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels
• Film short-form videos using a mobile phone
• Edit Reels and TikTok videos using CapCut or similar applications
• Take simple photographs of products, stores, events and activities
• Help plan and maintain the social media content calendar
• Write simple captions and prepare posts for approval
• Support content shoots, product launches and marketing campaigns
• Assist at Kids21 and Kids Space events and capture content on-site
• Coordinate products, outfits, props and locations for shoots
• Organise content files and keep track of outstanding deliverables
• Support social media, EDMs and other day-to-day marketing activities
• Monitor social media trends and suggest ideas relevant to Kids21/KidsSpace

Requirements

• Comfortable using Instagram and TikTok
• Able to shoot and edit engaging short-form videos
• Familiar with CapCut, Canva or similar tools
• Creative, organised and proactive
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Comfortable interacting with children and parents
• Enjoys working with children and capturing natural, playful moments
• Interested in children's fashion, family lifestyle or retail
• Willing to travel between Kids21 stores and Kids Space for shoots and events
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Previous marketing experience is helpful but not essential. A good eye for content, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
