Job Scopes
The Marketing Intern will work closely with the Senior Marketing Executive & Marketing Executive to develop and execute 360 marketing strategies that cover all aspects of the brand's marketing efforts. This includes collaborating on the creation of plans that encompass various channels and touchpoints, such as digital marketing, social media, events, promotions, advertising and more.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Foster creativity within the team by actively contributing to brainstorming sessions and assisting in the development and execution of campaign-level activities for all brands, especially on social media
- Be responsible for the creation of engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. This includes community management, scheduling content and crafting compelling copy
- Aid in the coordination and execution of livestreams, events, media drops and other promotional initiatives
- Be actively involved in influencer outreach and management
- Monitor and compile media and influencer coverage generated from campaign-level efforts
- Conduct competitor analysis and utilize analytics to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities
- Provide support in daily tasks, monthly reporting, paperwork submission, and other miscellaneous tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Business/Marketing
- Proficiency in English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Hardworking and a good team player
- Attention to detail and understanding of beauty/fashion trends
- Basic computer skills - PowerPoint, Word & Excel
- Well versed with social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube
- Proficiency in content editing app/ software is a plus
