Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Assist in creating engaging content for our social media channels
- Help with the production of marketing materials including loyalty rewards programme for customers
- Social Media Management:
- Support the management of our social media accounts (eg.Instagram,Tiktok).
- Schedule and post content, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
- Assist in promoting stores and activities to bring in more customers (eg. Promotions or discounts).
- Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyze data to generate insights and support marketing strategies.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and contact lists.
Qualifications:
- Min. Diploma or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Able to commit for 6 months or longer.
