As a Marketing Intern, you will support the HMI Managed Healthcare marketing team across digital marketing, content, campaigns, and operational execution. You'll work on live projects, assist with ongoing campaigns, and gain exposure to both B2B and B2C healthcare marketing.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to learn how marketing works in a real business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels
- Assist with campaign set-up, coordination, and post-campaign reporting
- Help manage marketing calendars and track deliverables
Content & Communications
- Assist with creating and updating marketing materials (EDMs, social posts, simple visuals, brochures, flyers)
- Support basic copywriting for social media, website updates, and internal communications
- Help source content from internal teams and external partners
Digital & Social Media
- Assist with scheduling and publishing social media content
- Help monitor engagement, comments, and basic performance metrics
- Support simple website updates and content uploads (training provided)
Marketing Operations
- Help organise marketing assets, documents, and campaign files
- Support coordination with internal teams (sales, operations, clinics)
- Assist with basic data tracking, reporting, and market research
Wellness & Partner Support
- Support the Wellness Lead in coordinating wellness programmes, events, and initiatives
- Assist with partner and vendor coordination (e.g. scheduling, materials, follow-ups)
- Help prepare wellness-related marketing or event materials
- Support basic event logistics and post-event follow-ups where needed
