Role Purpose -
Were looking for a Marketing Intern whos eager to learn, ready to execute, and excited to support high-impact marketing campaigns for Fave our smart savings app live in Singapore and Malaysia. In this role, youll support the Marketing team across Marketing Operations, communications (push and email), social media, and AR campaign fulfillment.
Youll help keep our app fresh with the latest merchant offers, assist in crafting customer-facing messages, and play a key part in executing campaigns that engage and delight users.
This internship is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a love for great content, and an interest in how digital marketing runs behind the scenes. You&aposll be part of a fast-moving team where every day is truly game day and youll have the opportunity to make a real impact while learning from experienced marketers.
Responsibilities we entrust you with -
Merchant Marketing & In-App Merchandising
- Support day-to-day setup and maintenance of merchant offers and promotions within the Fave app
- Help coordinate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Ops, and Design) to ensure campaigns go live smoothly and accurately
- Update and maintain internal trackers for campaign scheduling and delivery
Campaign Execution & Planning
- Support campaign execution of online and offline marketing activities
Content & CRM
- Assist in drafting engaging, on-brand copy for push notifications and email newsletters (eDMs)
- Support the execution of CRM campaigns, including audience segmentation, testing, and performance tracking
- Monitor CRM metrics like open rate, click-through rate, and help optimize content accordingly
Advertising Fulfillment
- Assist in the execution and delivery of marketing assets promised to merchants as part of advertising or CRM revenue packages ensuring timely rollout across channels like email, push notifications and in-app placements.
What matters in this role -
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or Business
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail you can craft catchy headlines and clear copy
- A proactive mindset you&aposre not afraid to take initiative or ask questions
- Familiarity with social media platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite) is a plus
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and project trackers
- Able to commit for at least 3 months (longer preferred)
