Role Overview

We are excited to offer a Marketing Intern position at CARMA Asia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Marketing Intern, you will assist the marketing team in various tasks, from conducting market research to creating engaging content that showcases CARMA's services and value proposition.

As an intern, you will receive guidance and mentorship from experienced marketing professionals, enabling you to develop your skills and gain practical insights into the marketing and media intelligence industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

Content and Media Support

  • You will help prepare reports, infographics and campaign materials and maintain sales-ready assets. You will see how thought leadership is packaged and distributed across different customer segments

Events Management

  • You will support roundtables, sponsored conferences and client mixers and learn how events translate into commercial opportunities

Digital Marketing and Performance Reporting

  • You will assist with campaign tracking, update performance dashboards, maintain asset libraries, and help compile monthly reporting for leadership
  • This role requires both creativity and structure. You will be hands-on in campaign execution while ensuring marketing activity translates into measurable commercial outcomes

Requirements

  • Education: Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with social media platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards learning
  • Previous internship or experience in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
