Job Summary

Join ACP Group as a Sales & Marketing Intern to actively contribute to impactful sales and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with regional professionals and leading brands to develop creative strategies, engage clients, and optimize campaign performance, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of sales and marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract clients
• Develop engaging sales and marketing materials including decks, proposals, and content aligned with campaign goals
• Participate in client meetings, pitches, and promotional activities to enhance client engagement and support business development
• Collaborate with team members in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative sales and marketing ideas
• Measure and analyze campaign performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actionable improvements
• Contribute to lead generation efforts through participation in trade shows and digital marketing initiatives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience or exposure to sales and marketing campaigns or promotions
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms to support marketing activities
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to generating ideas
• Effective communication skills demonstrated through confident interaction with clients and team members
• Curiosity about market trends, sales strategies, and consumer behavior
• Ability to commit to a minimum internship period of 4 months
