Marketing Intern

Role Description As a full-time Marketing Intern at Bread & Butter Studio, you will support the team in executing day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns. This on-site role in Singapore includes assisting with market research, helping develop marketing strategies, and supporting basic sales and outreach initiatives. You will contribute to campaign planning, prepare marketing materials, and help monitor performance metrics. The intern will also assist with customer service touchpoints, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the day-to-day management of assigned client accounts
• Communicate and coordinate with clients on ongoing projects and deliverables
• Work with the team to develop content ideas and campaign concepts
• Assist with monthly content planning and content calendars
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, creators and other team members
• Prepare briefs and ensure deliverables are completed according to requirements
• Keep track of timelines, approvals, feedback and outstanding items
• Assist with client meetings, meeting notes and follow-ups
• Monitor clients social media accounts, competitors and industry trends
• Assist with monthly reports and identify useful insights
• Support campaign launches, shoots and other marketing activities
• Ensure that what we promise our clients actually gets done — and done well
• Assist with on-site executions for clients events, videoshoots, photoshoots, etc.

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Organised and good at keeping track of multiple moving parts
• Comfortable communicating with clients
• Creative and genuinely interested in marketing and social media
• Proactive - you don't always wait to be told what to do
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally
• Detail-oriented and responsible with deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving boutique agency environment
• Experience is a plus, but initiative, attitude and willingness to learn matter more to us!
