About DAELITE

DAELITE is a Singapore-based beauty studio specialising in personalised brow embroidery and natural aesthetic enhancements.

We believe good beauty work should feel personal. From consultation and design to the final result, we focus on understanding each client's features, preferences and lifestyle before creating a look for them.

We are looking for a Marketing Intern who wants hands-on experience building and growing a modern beauty brand.

What You'll Be Doing

You will work closely with the team on DAELITE's day-to-day marketing and content.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan and create content for Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu

• Assist with filming short-form videos, client transformations and behind-the-scenes content

• Edit short-form videos and prepare content for posting

• Write captions and simple marketing copy

• Help manage the brand's social media content calendar

• Research beauty, fashion and social media trends

• Identify content ideas, trending formats and potential collaborations

• Assist with influencer/KOL outreach and coordination

• Support campaign launches, promotions and new service launches

• Help organise photoshoots, filming sessions and content assets

• Review content performance and suggest ways to improve reach, engagement and enquiries

• Support other branding and marketing projects when required

Who We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have a strong interest in social media, beauty, fashion or lifestyle

• Regularly use Instagram and TikTok and understand what makes content engaging

• Have a good eye for aesthetics and visual presentation

• Are comfortable filming with a phone and creating short-form content

• Have basic video editing skills CapCut or similar software is sufficient

• Can write clear, natural English

• Are proactive and able to turn an idea into something that can actually be posted

• Are organised and able to manage multiple small projects and deadlines

• Are willing to learn, experiment and improve based on results

Experience with Xiaohongshu, Canva, photography, videography, graphic design or content creation is a bonus.

What You'll Learn

This is not an internship where you will only observe or perform administrative work.

You will get direct exposure to:

• Building and positioning a consumer beauty brand

• Social media growth and content strategy

• Short-form video production

• Influencer and KOL marketing

• Campaign planning and execution

• Customer psychology and conversion-focused content

• Launching new services and marketing concepts

• Analysing what content actually generates enquiries and sales

You will have opportunities to contribute your own ideas and see them go from concept → production → publication → results.

The Person We Value

We care less about having a perfect résumé and more about taste, initiative and execution.

If you see a trend and immediately start thinking about how a brand could use it, notice when a video could have been edited better, or naturally save references because you like the photography, branding or concept - you'll probably enjoy working with us.

We want someone who is curious, resourceful and genuinely wants to become better at marketing.
