Role Overview
The Marketing Executive supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across digital and on-ground channels. This hands-on role suits individuals who are creative, resourceful, and passionate about esports, gaming culture, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Created engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to promote events, players, and C2E4 IP brands
- Managed social media calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting
Campaign Support
- Supported campaign ideation and execution across esports tournaments, TCG events, collector showcases, and exhibitor features
- Assisted in developing marketing assets aligned with campaign objectives
Event Marketing & Coverage
- Promoted online and offline events including card shows, game festivals, tournaments, and livestreams
- Captured behind-the-scenes footage, tournament highlights, and community moments for post-event marketing
Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Monitored trends in esports, gaming, and digital marketing to identify growth opportunities
- Provided insights to improve campaign performance and audience engagement
Community Engagement
- Engaged with audiences across social media platforms and community channels
- Responded to enquiries and fostered a positive, inclusive community environment
Analytics & Reporting
- Tracked campaign performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions
- Prepared reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
Influencer Collaboration
- Identified relevant influencers and content creators within esports and gaming

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- Strong interest in esports, gaming, or pop culture communities
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and content trends
- Basic skills in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite is a plus)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Work Arrangement
- Willingness to work on-site during weekends, evenings, and extended event hours (off-in-lieu will be provided)
