Salt Talent Search is looking for a Marketing Insights Research Specialist to join the APAC International Marketing Insights team for a 5 months contract role
What Will You Do:
- Design and execute research across foundational understanding of audiences, campaign development, creative and message testing
- employing multiple research methods if needed in order to answer the objectives,
- Identifying the right respondent recruitment, tradeoffs on selecting countries for fieldwork
- Questionnaire crafting
- Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations/implications that motivates people to apply learnings in marketing and across the organization
- Work closely with cross functional teams from end to end (Marketing, Creative, Decision Science, Global Marketing Insights teams) - both for crafting research inputs (messages, creatives) but also to embed eventual insights with
What Will You Need:
- 5+ years of experience with extensive background in quantitative and qualitative research. APAC regional experience is a must
- Experience solving blank slate/undefined problems and well-defined problems with a suitable methodology.
- Experience synthesizing insights/learnings from multiple sources to build holistic and compelling recommendations.
- Effective communication and presentation skills
