Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing and Growth Associate to support the execution of product, marketing, and sales initiatives that drive business growth and deepen community engagement. This role requires a proactive professional who transforms data into actionable insights, coordinates cross-functional teams, and supports brand ecosystem development.
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing and sales data to generate insights that inform team decision-making and optimize campaign performance
- Lead/Support the execution of marketing and commercial campaigns across product marketing, sales, promotions, loyalty programs, and partnerships to achieve growth targets
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to coordinate product rollouts and restocking, ensuring seamless market delivery
- Support product development and manage collaborations and partnerships to build and expand the brand ecosystem strategically
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and business objectives
Required competencies
- 3+ years of experience in commercial operations, marketing, or business management, preferably within retail, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Proven ability to apply data-driven insights to marketing and business decisions
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives concurrently
- Self-motivated, hands-on approach with a detail-oriented mindset
