Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with the brand's objectives to drive awareness and generate leads.
  • Assist in maintaining consistent brand identity and messaging across all B2B touchpoints.
  • Conceptualise, plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Plan, script and create short- and long-form video content for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Assist in content scheduling, posting and performance monitoring.
  • Design and develop marketing collaterals to support campaigns and brand communication.
  • Plan and execute corporate promotional events and campaigns.
  • Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors to coordinate campaign execution and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research, gather feedback and perform competitive analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with various marketing tasks to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office applications.
  • Proficiency in using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut or equivalent).
  • Self-motivated, driven, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly personality.
  • Open to entry-level candidates with a strong passion for marketing.
