Job Description

Job Summary

Manage and optimize e-commerce product listings and promotional campaigns across multiple online platforms. Lead live selling events and influencer collaborations to drive sales growth. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities

E-Commerce

  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, and promotions across online marketplaces including Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, TikTok, and the company website to maximize sales opportunities
  • Plan, organize, and lead live selling events and collaborations with live sellers or influencers to increase customer engagement and revenue
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and activities during live sessions to maximize visibility and sales impact
  • Monitor e-commerce performance metrics regularly to ensure consistent growth and high customer satisfaction
  • Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns involving mechanisms such as lucky draws, complimentary gifts, and vouchers to drive customer participation and sales

Digital Marketing

  • Drive brand awareness and customer engagement by maintaining a consistent and compelling presence on the company website and social media channels
  • Plan and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings and increase online visibility
  • Develop targeted content strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and increase booking conversions
  • Track and analyze digital campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Business
  • Proficiency in marketing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Capcut, Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and e-commerce
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, website platforms, and current digital trends
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple content and campaign timelines effectively
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital and social marketing
  • Open to interns applying for the role
