Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Executive to strengthen our presence on Xiao Hong Shu (Red Book) and drive engaging content strategies for Chinese-speaking audiences. This role combines social media expertise with the innovative use of AI content tools to stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow our brand presence on Xiao Hong Shu (Red Book).
- Create and adapt posts based on trending topics, formats, and styles.
- Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g. CapCut, generative models, text-to-image/video tools) to enhance visual storytelling and campaign effectiveness.
- Track performance, analyze engagement data, and recommend strategies to target Chinese-speaking travellers to Singapore and Bangkok.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing and creative teams to maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management to support store operations and business needs.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Xiao Hong Shu (Red Book) marketing.
- Proficiency with AI-based content creation tools and video editing software.
- Marketing-driven mindset with the ability to ideate, plan, and execute campaigns (beyond just design execution).
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin (to create content for Chinese-speaking audiences) and working proficiency in English.
- Based in Singapore with a good understanding of local and regional market dynamics.
