Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote travel packages, destinations, and promotions.
- Develop creative marketing materials such as brochures, banners, social media posts, and EDMs.
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns, travel fairs, and promotional events.
2. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.) with engaging content and storytelling.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to create high-quality travel content.
- Analyze social media insights and campaign data to optimize performance.
- Update website content, blog posts, and online listings regularly.
3. Branding & Partnerships
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all channels.
- Develop and manage partnerships with tourism boards, airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers.
- Assist in preparing marketing proposals and partnership decks.
4. Market Research & Performance Tracking
- Conduct competitor and market trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead conversions.
- Support sales team with marketing collateral and lead generation activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience (experience in the travel industry is an advantage).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, analytics, etc.).
- Creative mindset with good writing skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for travel and good understanding of travel trends and consumer behavior.
