Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, automated flows, and promotional campaigns.
Manage social media content and advertising (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Maintain and update the website, including banners, promotions, product content, and user experience enhancements.
Support online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee) with campaigns, promotions, and store operations.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
Analyse performance data to optimize campaigns and improve results.
Respond to customer inquiries, assist with order fulfillment, and support operational processes.
Leverage digital tools and AI-generated content to improve marketing efficiency and visual assets
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum three years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
