Job Description

Job Summary

Support marketing efforts by conducting research, managing brand consistency, executing campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement to drive sales and brand growth for The Winery Tapas Bar.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities
  • Support brand management by ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility
  • Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms to boost brand awareness and customer interaction
  • Coordinate design and production of marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, tent cards, and POS materials
  • Procure and coordinate point-of-sale materials and promotional items to support marketing initiatives
  • Assist in implementing annual brand plans and marketing calendars for company brands
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, including ROI tracking and reporting to management
  • Support digital marketing activities such as SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and email marketing campaigns to enhance online presence
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and manage promotional activities, discounts, and special offers to drive sales performance
  • Organize and coordinate events including product launches, wine tastings, exhibitions, and promotional events
  • Assist in marketing technology projects including app and e-commerce development initiatives
  • Develop customer engagement initiatives through interactive content, loyalty programs, and personalized marketing activities
  • Support public relations efforts including media engagement, influencer collaborations, and press release preparation
  • Prepare regular marketing reports and performance analyses for management review
  • Create compelling brand storytelling content highlighting product heritage, production processes, and unique selling points
  • Assist in developing and scaling the company's e-commerce business
  • Travel overseas as required for projects, events, or business activities
  • Support special projects and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Familiarity with social media management, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/platforms
  • Experience in FMCG, wine & spirits, retail, or e-commerce industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
