Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote training courses and services.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms and the company website.
  • Design marketing materials such as social media posts, flyers, brochures, and email campaigns.
  • Support lead generation activities and course promotion initiatives.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support course enrolment targets.
  • Conduct market research and monitor marketing campaign performance.
  • Assist in organising webinars, seminars, roadshows, and corporate events.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders on marketing activities.
  • Prepare marketing reports and maintain marketing databases.
  • Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Support the creation of marketing content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
  • Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in marketing are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
