About Us

Talad Thai Banana is a growing Thai retail and F&B brand bringing authentic Thai flavours and products to Singapore. As we expand our portfolio of concepts - including Talad Thai Banana, Thai Supermarket, and other food and beverage brands - we are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to help us grow our presence and connect with our customers.

About the Role

You will support and execute marketing initiatives across our portfolio of Thai retail and F&B brands. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys brand building, content creation, campaign execution, and working closely with operations to drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  2. Manage and grow social media platforms - including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu - covering content planning, creation, and community engagement.
  3. Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and store opening events.
  4. Work closely with outlet operations teams to develop sales-driving initiatives and customer acquisition campaigns.
  5. Liaise with external vendors, designers, influencers, media partners, and agencies.
  6. Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
  8. Support photography, videography, and content production for social media and marketing materials.
  9. Assist in developing brand positioning and maintaining consistent branding across all touchpoints and channels.
  10. Undertake any other duties or assignments as reasonably assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant professional certifications in digital marketing will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for Thai food, Thai products, and Thai culture is a plus.
  • Ability to converse in Thai is an advantage but not mandatory.
