Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and hands-onMarketing Executive to support marketing activities across ourF&B brands and outlets. You will work with management andoperations teams on campaigns, content creation, brand promotion andcustomer engagement across online and offline channels.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates seeking practicalexperience in social media, digital marketing, content creation andF&B brand management.

KeyResponsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, seasonal initiatives and sales-driving activities.

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms, including content planning, posting and engagement.

• Create marketing content such as photos, short-form videos, captions, promotional materials and in-store collaterals.

• Support digital advertising and track reach, engagement, enquiries, conversions and ad spend.

• Promote menu launches, festive campaigns, events and collaborations with outlet and operations teams.

• Coordinate with influencers, content creators, vendors and external partners.

• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign records and customer or promotional data prepare performance reports.

• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends, customer preferences and brand opportunities.

• Support loyalty programmes, promotions, reviews, databases, email marketing and messaging campaigns.

• Improve marketing processes using digital tools, templates and automation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

• Comfortable using Canva, CapCut or similar tools to create basic content.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative, organised, adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced F&B environment.

• Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of digital advertising, analytics or marketing automation is an advantage training is provided.
