Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Presence & Website Management
Manage, update, and optimize company website (content, SEO, UX, performance)
Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information, visuals, and branding across all digital platforms
Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements for traffic and conversion
2. Social Media Management
Plan, create, and publish content across platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Manage day-to-day engagement (comments, messages, inquiries)
Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals
3. Lead Generation & Campaign Management
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, email marketing, social campaigns)
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Track campaign performance (CPL, conversion rates, ROI) and optimize accordingly
4. Sales & Marketing Support
Develop marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, product sheets, case studies)
Work closely with sales team to align messaging and support customer acquisition
Assist in proposal/tender presentations when required
5. Content Creation (Photo/Video)
Plan and produce visual content for marketing use (product shoots, site projects, events)
Provide videography and photography support during company events, installations, and milestones
Edit and optimize content for digital platforms
6. Stakeholder Support
Provide marketing support to Director and management team for strategic initiatives
Assist in branding, campaigns, and ad-hoc marketing requirements
