We're Network. We connect homeowners with interior design firms - 120+ ID firms on our books.

Our niche: Interior Designers, Architects, Furniture Suppliers, Personal Branding. Platforms we manage: IG, FB, TikTok, YT.

Most marketing executive roles mean you do everything badly because nobody can do five jobs at once. Ours doesn't.

We have creatives, editors and a production team. You own the marketing thinking: what the account is trying to achieve, what gets made to achieve it, and whether it worked.

What you'll do:

• Marketing direction - set each account's organic objective with the consultant, and agree what success looks like
• Performance - own reach, page growth and enquiries across your accounts. Change direction on data, not on the client's last request.
• Creative standard - hold the visual bar and reject work that meets the brief but misses it
• Briefs and pipeline - write briefs the creative team can execute, keep the calendar moving
• Copywriting - captions, hooks and CTAs in the client's voice
• Shoot scheduling - coordinate client and production team
• Client communication - own the day-to-day thread

What we're looking for:

• 1-2 years in marketing, social or content, client-facing
• Mandarin & English
• Evidence you grew something. Your own page counts.
• Can write, and can write in someone else's voice
• Can hold a strategy conversation with a salesperson and push back with reasoning
• Multiple accounts at once without losing track

Don't apply if:

• You want variety across industries. This is interior design, all day.
• You're loose with details. A typo live on a client account is our problem.
• You only want to execute.
