Job Summary
Support the marketing team by creating and executing engaging marketing collaterals and communications across social media platforms and media channels to enhance brand presence and support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design marketing collaterals tailored for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase audience engagement
- Manage and execute media and public relations communications to maintain positive brand reputation
- Design and produce marketing materials and communications that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Write and develop compelling copy for online content, social media posts, and marketing messages to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Implement social media strategies that support overall brand goals and measurable objectives
- Respond to media enquiries and manage daily correspondence promptly and professionally to ensure effective communication
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and impactful initiatives
- Coordinate with other business functions to align marketing activities with broader organizational goals
- Perform other ad-hoc marketing duties as assigned to support team objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any marketing discipline
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for marketing design tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure while maintaining quality
- Strong creativity demonstrated through the development of innovative marketing content
- Attention to detail with a focus on good visual composition and messaging clarity
- Excellent command of written and verbal English and Mandarin to communicate clearly and professionally
