Marketing Executive/Senior Executive, Logistics & Industrial

Role Summary

Source and execute leasing transactions for industrial and logistics properties, representing landlords and tenants across warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and logistics hubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and close industrial and logistics leasing deals (warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing space)
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, developers, and occupiers
• Conduct market research, property tours, and site inspections
• Prepare proposals, financial analyses, and lease comparisons
• Negotiate lease terms including rental rates, tenure, fit-out contributions, and clauses
• Collaborate with property management, legal, and transaction teams
• Track market trends, vacancy rates, and rental benchmarks in industrial sectors
• Meet revenue targets and business development goals
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• 1-5 years in industrial/logistics real estate leasing or brokerage
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's industrial property market and logistics sector
• Understanding of lease structures, zoning regulations, and industrial property specifications
• Valid CEA salesperson license is preferred
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong business development capabilities

• Established network of industrial tenants, 3PLs, or logistics operators
• Experience with build-to-suit or pre-leasing projects
• Knowledge of supply chain and e-commerce sector requirements
