about the job

  • Market Intelligence: Dive deep into the SEA market to identify and analyse emerging consumer behaviours, category trends, and competitor activities within the Personal Care and Home Care sectors.
  • Concept Creation: Translate your insights into compelling stories and out-of-the-box concepts, creating proactive and reactive marketing presentations that inspire clients and support the sales team.
  • Innovation & Business Development: Identify and research key start-ups and emerging brands, positioning the company as the ideal partner for their long-term growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central link between Sales, Creative Fragrance Development, Perfumery, and Lab teams to drive projects from brief to completion.
  • Marketing Asset Management: Take full ownership of all fragrance marketing materials - from sourcing and design to logistics, and efficiently manage the local product library and new launch database.
  • Regional Engagement: Travel within the region to meet customers, present trend insights, and build strong relationships.

about the manager/team
You will be joining a dynamic and highly collaborative regional team, working closely with experts across various functions.

skills and experience required:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in B2B marketing, experience from the fragrance industry is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of the brands, key players, and consumer landscape within the Personal Care and Home Care categories in Southeast Asia.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and creatively.
  • Proven creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator for creating marketing materials.
  • A proactive, self-motivated learner who thrives in a cross-functional and independent setting.
