Job Responsibilities of Marketing Executive
- Manage and enhance the company's digital presence across social media, website, and email channels.
- Create and publish engaging content to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Support customer engagement, CRM activities, and lead management.
- Execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including events and partnerships.
- Support lead generation, sales funnel optimisation, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Track marketing performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives.
- Leverage digital and AI tools to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support e-commerce and growth marketing initiatives, including customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing related fields.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing related disciplines.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills in English
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Experience in photography and videography
