Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing strategies for our B2B service business. The role focuses on digital marketing, SEO, SEM, brand positioning, lead generation, and social media management to enhance brand visibility and generate potential business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute B2B marketing strategies to promote the company's services and strengthen brand positioning in the market.
- Manage and optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve website visibility and organic search ranking.
- Plan and manage SEM campaigns, including Google Ads, keyword research, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain the company's branding and corporate image across all marketing channels.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to enhance brand awareness and client engagement.
- Support B2B lead generation activities, including digital campaigns, marketing promotions, and partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other digital marketing platforms, and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams or external vendors to develop marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Maintain and update the company website and online marketing content, including basic management of CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Assist in designing marketing materials using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and content marketing initiatives to engage potential clients.
- Assist in content creation, digital promotions, and basic multimedia content such as short marketing videos or promotional materials when required.
- Provide marketing support for corporate events, seminars, webinars, or client engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience managing social media platforms and online marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of branding, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Good copywriting, communication, and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
