About the role

The Marketing Executive supports the planning, execution and optimisation of regional marketing initiatives that strengthen company's brand, generate quality leads and enhance customer engagement. The role combines campaign execution, content creation, digital marketing, marketing analytics and cross-functional project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including eDMs, CRM campaigns and digital initiatives
• Support campaign scheduling and timely launches across marketing channels
• Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements to campaign performance
• Support digital content creation and social media initiatives
• Develop marketing content and creative briefs for eDMs, landing pages, website banners and other marketing collateral
• Ensure marketing content is aligned with company's brand guidelines and business objectives
• Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver quality marketing materials
• Set up campaign tracking using GA4, UTM parameters and other analytics tools
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using Excel, Power BI or Looker Studio
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful implementation of marketing projects

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
• 1-2 years of marketing experience, candidates with strong portfolio can also be considered
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Power BI or Looker Studio is preferred
• Experience using Canva or other content creation tools
• Interest in leveraging Generative AI to improve marketing productivity
• Exposure to digital marketing, CRM or email marketing platforms
• Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
