. Plan, manage, and execute B2C marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and drive sales across digital and offline channels
. Manage our social media and website content
. Conceptualize and execute seasonal promotions, retail campaigns, and collaborations
. Lead customer engagement strategies to build a loyal customer base
. Support event planning and customer-facing activities to build brand equity
B2B Marketing (Restaurant Partnerships & Client Growth):
. Work closely with restaurant clients and marketing agencies to develop strategies that boost footfall and customer engagement at partner venues
. Support relationship management with key accounts and explore new partnership opportunities
B2B&C Marketing (MT):
. Bring awareness of new product/services to local suppliers. Working together with existing sales team to approach these traders
. A fair part of this is also to bring these products to B2C
Other Responsibilities:
. Ad hoc admin requests
. Prepare performance reports and dashboards using tools like Excel or Canva
. Stay on top of market trends, competitor activities, and food industry insights
