About the Job
- Work with creative agencies and partners to adapt designs and deliver campaign materials on time.
- Support lead management processes and ensure prompt follow-up.
- Oversee incentive programs (e.g., welcome gifts, meeting rewards, event perks) and track usage, redemptions, and budgets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead tagging and segmentation.
- Analyse campaign results to identify insights, improve lead quality, and optimise performance.
- Prepare post-campaign and monthly reports for stakeholders.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and speed-to-market.
- Collaborate with marketing, retail, and sales teams to align digital and on-ground initiatives.
- Coordinate events, roadshows, and store promotions.
- Support partnership reviews, KPI tracking, and ensure campaign mechanics align with fulfilment capabilities.
This is a 1-year contract position, renewable or convertible to permanent based on individual performance and business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing or campaign execution, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Well-versed in digital marketing and CRM tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, WhatsApp marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear reports and impactful presentations.
- A collaborative team player who pays close attention to detail, embraces challenges, and demonstrates a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
