Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Executive with an interest in the built environment industry to support and manage our company's marketing operations across Singapore and Malaysia. This role focuses on execution, coordination,and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms andmaterials.
You will work closely with the commercial and technical teams to ensure that social media platforms, websites, marketing assets, content, and systems are well-organized, up to date, and aligned with business needs.
Job Function
- Support the development and execution of marketing and outreach strategies aligned with company goals
- Assist in the planning, creation, and management of social media content including both graphics and copywriting to ensure engagement and brand consistency
- Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, social media graphics, presentation decks, proposal booklets, exhibition materials, and company portfolio to showcase architectural works
- Support the preparation of proposals and presentations with engaging visuals and written content
- Assist in managing and maintaining marketing campaigns across various channels including search engine marketing, social media, email, etc.
- Oversee and update content on the company website and social media channels, ensuring consistent brand identity across all visual and written communications
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to prepare client-facing materials
- Assist in planning and organizing of company events, exhibitions, and outreach activities, including architect lunch talks and industry networking sessions
- Represent the company in marketing presentations, meetings, exhibitions, and events as needed
- Maintain and develop internal asset libraries such as images, templates, brand guidelines, and approved copy
- Prepare and present monthly reports on marketing activities, highlighting key observations for optimization
- Perform any other duties as required by the Managing Director
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Architecture, Design, or related fields
- 1-3 years experience in marketing, architecture or related fields
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Analytics is an advantage
- Experience in architectural rendering software is an advantage
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills with creative mindset
- Friendly, confident and comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders
