Job Summary

Drive marketing initiatives for CardioScan's medical device and services portfolio by developing strategies, executing campaigns, supporting product launches, and engaging healthcare professionals to enhance brand presence and market growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business and product objectives to drive growth
  • Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and define target markets
  • Lead or support product positioning, messaging, and branding initiatives in collaboration with Product Management to align value propositions
  • Create marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and digital content to support product marketing
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, events, email, and key opinion leader (KOL) engagement
  • Manage conferences, trade shows, and clinical workshops to increase brand visibility and stakeholder engagement
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and return on investment (ROI) to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements, internal quality standards, and healthcare advertising guidelines
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing teams to secure necessary approvals for marketing content
  • Partner with sales teams to develop sales tools, training materials, and product education programs that enhance sales effectiveness
  • Support distributors and regional teams by developing localized marketing strategies tailored to specific markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and partners to strengthen market presence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to align marketing efforts
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategy
  • Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to generate insights and prepare reports and presentations for management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks such as FDA, CE, and HSA to support compliant marketing practices
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals and clinical environments to enhance stakeholder engagement
  • Exposure to digital health, medtech innovation, or B2B marketing to drive innovative marketing approaches
