The Sales and Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in promoting high-performance facade solutions to architects, developers, and contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for facade systems, curtain walls and building envelope solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and architectural sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors and suppliers.
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings and customer needs.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising.
- Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to optimize strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years proven experience in sales and marketing related to the faades, curtain wall and building envelope systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of facade systems, materials, and industry regulations.
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Candidates with proven industry experience and with good relationships to Consultants related construction industry will also be considered.
