We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive for Scentopia & Singapore memories.
Duties:
- Design and implement digital marketing strategies with tailored approaches.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns focusing on brand values, growth potential, and engagement.
- Optimize website content for industry-specific keywords and manage PPC/SEM to drive traffic for services and job opportunities.
- Execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, showcasing company values and job openings on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Oversee SEO-optimized content creation, including blogs, videos, and infographics that promote services and career opportunities.
- Develop targeted email campaigns for service leads and recruitment, using segmented lists for tailored messaging.
- Monitor digital marketing performance, providing reports with actionable insights to enhance strategy and ROI.
- Implement strategies to attract quality leads for services and top job candidates, focusing on conversion optimization.
- Strengthen employer brand through engaging recruitment content, showcasing culture and role highlights.
- Allocate and monitor digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource use and staying within budget.
Requirements:
- Minmum 2 year experience
- Comfortable to work in fast-paced environment
- Must have strong social media marketing experience
