- Manage both online and offline channels (social media, email marketing, website, roadshows, partnerships).
- Track campaign performance and optimise for lead generation and conversions.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Generate qualified leads through digital platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, and landing pages.
- Follow up on enquiries and work closely with the sales or operations team to convert leads into course enrolments.
- Maintain and update CRM systems for lead tracking.
3. Content Creation & Branding
- Develop marketing content such as posters, social media posts, brochures, and email campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) guidelines and branding requirements.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
4. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
- Ensure all advertisements and promotional materials adhere to SSG/WSQ marketing guidelines.
- Avoid misleading claims (e.g., job guarantees, salary promises).
- Work closely with the compliance or quality management team for approvals.
5. Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences (e.g., job seekers, mid-career switchers, companies).
- Analyse competitors and industry trends in the training and education sector.
- Recommend new course ideas or marketing strategies based on demand.
6. Partnerships & Outreach
- Build partnerships with companies, community organisations, and government agencies (e.g., career fairs, outreach events).
- Coordinate corporate training opportunities (B2B marketing).
7. Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor KPIs such as cost per lead, conversion rate, and enrolment numbers.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.
