- Plan and execute brand campaigns, seasonal launches, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Develop and manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and ensure smooth execution across online and offline channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and retail partners to support marketing initiatives, visual merchandising, and in-store displays.
- Manage digital and social media marketing, including content planning, paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, CRM, email marketing, and loyalty programs.
- Oversee e-commerce store management, including product uploads, online campaigns, promotions, and performance tracking.
- Support retail marketing activities such as in-store promotions, pop-ups, events, and mall collaborations.
- Handle procurement of marketing materials, packaging, and gift-with-purchase (GWP) items.
- Conduct market research and monitor consumer insights, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Track marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI to recommend improvements.
