About PLAYON

PLAYON is a new-generation indoor entertainment and active play destination designed for families, kids, teens, and young adults. We focus on fun, energy, community engagement, and memorable customer experiences. We are looking for a hands-on and creative Marketing Executive to help build brand awareness, drive footfall, and support sales growth before and after opening.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer traffic
  • Manage PLAYON's social media platforms, including content planning, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, and external vendors for marketing materials and campaign execution
  • Support opening campaigns, festive promotions, school holiday campaigns, and membership or package promotions
  • Work closely with operations team to ensure marketing activities are aligned with outlet promotions and customer experience
  • Assist in creating promotional materials such as posters, videos, captions, brochures, and in-store marketing collaterals
  • Liaise with malls, media partners, KOLs, and event partners for joint promotions and collaborations
  • Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on results
  • Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and customer preferences
  • Support event planning, brand activation, and on-ground marketing activities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, F&B, family entertainment, attractions, playgrounds, events, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation
  • Able to write clear and engaging marketing copy
  • Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Meta platforms, and basic digital marketing tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Creative, proactive, and result-oriented
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience with opening campaigns, influencer marketing, or event marketing is a plus

Preferred Profile

  • Experience in children's playgrounds, family entertainment centres, theme parks, attractions, or lifestyle venues
  • Good sense of branding, promotions, and customer engagement
  • Comfortable visiting the outlet, filming content, and supporting activation events on site
