Build and strengthen brand presence through social media, content strategy, and marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu), ensuring consistent branding and content direction
- Plan and create engaging content (posts, videos, visuals) aligned with brand positioning
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition
- Contribute to brand strategy and IP development, including content storytelling and positioning
- Analyse performance and optimise content and campaigns based on insights
- Stay updated on trends and competitors to keep marketing relevant and effective
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Skilled in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
