Job Description

• Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to meet business objectives including roadshows, trade shows, or in-store activations.
• Coordinate with design teams to create promotional materials, advertisements, in-store display, fixture and other marketing assets.
• Run performance-driven campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
• Assist in managing social media accounts (FB, IG & TikTok) and engaging with followers to build brand loyalty.
• Coordinate with VM team to maintain and enhance visual merchandising displays in stores.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard KOLs/influencers and coordinate product seeding campaign to generate reviews and testimonials.
• Explore partnerships with complementary brands for co-marketing opportunities.
  
  

Job Requirement

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
• Basic graphic design and content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or related role.
