- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns for dine-in, takeaway, events, and seasonal promotions.
- Coordinate with operations team and chefs to develop attractive promotions that reflect authentic Italian dining.
2. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage and update the restaurant's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with engaging content.
- Work with photographers/videographers for content creation (food shots, behind-the-scenes, customer experiences).
- Monitor online reviews, customer feedback, and respond where necessary.
3. Branding & Communications
- Ensure all marketing collaterals, menus, and communications are consistent with the restaurant's brand identity.
- Draft press releases, newsletters, and promotional EDMs for customer outreach.
4. Partnerships & Events
- Support collaborations with delivery platforms, lifestyle brands, or influencers.
- Assist in organizing restaurant events, wine dinners, or media tastings to promote brand exposure.
5. Market Research & Reporting
- Track competitor activities, industry trends, and customer insights.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports (campaign results, social media analytics, ROI).
