Marketing Executive

Expand overseas Solar energy market (China, Malaysia and etc.)

Follow-up on commercial matters, and relationship management

Assign budgets to integrated channels and platforms with high returns

Identify suitable platforms for marketing

Support in business development coordination

Oversee the creation of budgets based on the marketing strategy

Quantity takeoff, cost estimate and contract administrations for the project

Responsible for re-measurement of quantities, variations order including track changes on site, budget and cost control

Assist Contract negotiate

Any other tasks are assigned

Job Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree , related in Business

- Able to frequently travel to overseas for business, such as China, Malaysia and etc. .

- At least 1 year related working experience in Building Construction

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.
