Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media platforms for kids retail brand, including Instagram, Facebook, and Xiao Hong Shu ()
  • Create engaging content such as videos, visuals, and EDMs to drive brand awareness and sales
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify effective promotions, and optimize future campaigns to drive higher conversions
  • Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences to improve marketing strategies
  • Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, order processing, and packing of orders
  • Support and be present during events to create real-time content and engage with customers to gather insights and feedback
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and operations

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in social media management and content creation (video editing skills preferred)
  • Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance tracking
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
