Job Description:

  • Plan and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns aligned with quarterly sales objectives.
  • Develop campaign mechanics, pricing strategies, cost analysis, and ROI projections.
  • Coordinate campaign implementation with Sales and Customer Care teams.
  • Create and manage marketing collaterals, including promotional materials, website visuals, and social media content.
  • Prepare trade communications, email campaigns, and WhatsApp outreach to partners and retailers.
  • Manage promotional incentives, gifts-with-purchase (GWP), and voucher campaigns, including tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and conduct post-campaign analysis with improvement recommendations.
  • Support end-to-end product launches, including pricing analysis, trade letters, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct competitor pricing and market analysis.
  • Coordinate artwork approvals with internal stakeholders and headquarters.
  • Develop integrated marketing communications across digital, print, and retail channels.
  • Manage vendors for production of marketing materials.
  • Execute trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage visual installation projects from planning to on-site execution.
  • Coordinate site measurements, artwork development, printing, and installation schedules.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure quality, timelines, and compliance.
  • Track budgets, expenses, and invoice processing.
  • Manage brand content across website, social media, and in-store materials.
  • Oversee influencer collaborations, PR activities, and agency coordination.
  • Plan and optimise digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Analyse sales and promotional data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
  • Provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and commercial performance.
  • Any other ad-hoc assigned.

Requirements

[Must]

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B and B2C in FMCG. (Cosme, beauty)
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media platforms).
  • Strong project coordination and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design coordination.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
