Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing 360 marketing strategies to grow our brand presence across online and offline channels. This role covers digital marketing, paid ads, e-commerce management, retail marketing, events, and product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign & Brand Management
- Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns to support brand awareness and sales.
- Assist in product launches, seasonal campaigns, and trade promotions.
- Liaise with the design team to develop posters, ads, and social media assets.
- Work with internal teams (sales, operations, production) to align marketing activities.
2. Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
- Manage and update e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, website).
- Ensure timely product listings, promotional banners, and affiliate connections.
- Oversee company website content, ensuring regular updates and SEO optimization.
- Create engaging content for social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
- Plan and run digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
- Manage influencer marketing and PR seeding campaigns.
3. Retail & Trade Marketing
- Coordinate supermarket and minimart promotions, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and in-store activations.
- Support merchandisers and promoters with campaign execution.
- Liaise with external partners and agencies for promotions and events.
4. Events & Activation
- Plan and manage marketing events, roadshows, and sampling activities.
- Coordinate logistics and marketing materials for events.
- Track and report event performance.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare marketing performance reports.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to improve campaigns.
6. Ad-Hoc & Support Duties
- Handle any ad-hoc marketing or administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Familiar with e-commerce and retail marketing.
- Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop, social media tools, and e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
