A fast-growing F&B retail brand is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Executive who loves campaigns, social media, and all things bubble tea. If you enjoy moving fast, trying new ideas, and seeing your work come to life in-store and online-this role is for you.
Execute marketing campaigns across digital & offline channels
Manage POS & kiosk systems (product listings, visuals, promos)
Track campaign performance and turn insights into action
Create and manage content on Instagram, TikTok, XHS & Facebook
Engage customers and respond to inquiries (weekends when needed)
Support regional brand expansion and promotional rollouts
Coordinate creatives, influencers, ads, and marketing materials
Spot trends and competitors to keep the brand fresh and relevant
1-3 years of marketing or campaign experience
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
Comfortable with social media, digital marketing & analytics
Experience with POS systems, FMCG, F&B, or retail is a plus
Bonus if you use Canva, Adobe, or video editing tools
Proactive, fast learner, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong interest in F&B / beverage brands (bubble tea lovers welcome!)
