Job Description

Job Responsibilities

E-Commerce

.Manage and update product listings, pricing and promotions across online marketplaces such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Carousel, TikTok and the company's website.

.Plan, organize, and manage live selling events and collaborations with live sellers or influencers.

.Coordinate promotional campaigns and activities to maximize visibility and sales during live sessions.

.Monitor e-commerce performance metrics, ensuring consistent growth and customer satisfaction.

.Plan and execute monthly marketing campaign mechanism (lucky draw, complimentary free gift, voucher etc.).

Graphic Design

.Creative Visual Design & Advertising: Conceptualize and craft compelling visuals and templates for online advertisements, web promotions, and digital campaigns. Design a wide range of digital assets-including social media visuals, EDMs, landing pages, and online ads-that translate marketing objectives into eye-catching, high-performing content.

.Collaborative Campaigns Execution: Work closely with marketing, content, and technical teams to integrate design elements seamlessly across platforms and campaigns, enhancing the overall brand experience.

.Web & Social Media Presence: Drive follower growth, engagement, and bookings via consistent online presence

Job Requirements:

.At least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing/Business

.Proficient in marketing softwares (i.e Adobe Photoshop, Capcut, Illustrator etc ) and Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word Document

.2 years of digital and social marketing experience in content writing including SEO/SEM

.Retail/Beauty & Wellness industry experience will be added advantage
