The Marketing Executive - eCommerce supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of online marketing activities across our eCommerce platforms, including website, marketplaces, and social media commerce. You will work closely with Product, Creative, and Brand teams to deliver growth-focused campaigns and ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. eCommerce Operations & Merchandising

  • Manage product listings across Shopify, marketplaces (Tik Tok/Shopee/Lazada), or social commerce.

  • Ensure that all product information, pricing, stock, and imagery are updated.

  • Support merchandising activities including product launches, bundles, and promotions.

  • Monitor competitor pricing, product trends, and promotional activities.

Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Assist in planning and executing online campaigns including:

  • Paid ads (Meta, TikTok)

  • Email marketing

  • Seasonal promotions

  • Coordinate with designers on campaign assets and content.

Content & Social Commerce

  • Work with the Creative team to produce social/eComm content (product posts, lifestyle shots, videos).

  • Upload content to social commerce channels (e.g. FB Shop, TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop).

  • Ensure messaging and visuals follow brand guidelines.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key digital metrics including traffic, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

  • Highlight insights and propose improvements.

Customer Support & Experience

  • Monitor customer comments, inquiries, and feedback on social and eComm platforms.

  • Coordinate with Operations/Logistics to resolve order or fulfilment issues.

  • Work to improve customer journey and reduce drop-offs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce.

  • Hands-on experience with Tik Tok, Shopify, Shopee, or similar platforms preferred.

  • Familiar with social media ads, content creation, and digital metrics.

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (tracking, reporting).

  • Creative eye for visuals and product presentation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Required to work from Wed till Sun (8am-5pm)

    Salary Range : SGD3,000 - 4,500
