Drive digital, social media, and influencer marketing initiatives to grow brand presence by managing content, campaigns, and collaborations with creators and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital and social media marketing strategies to increase brand engagement.
- Manage Content calendars and create compelling captions and scripts for multiple platforms.
- Execute daily posting and community engagement on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Identify, engage, and manage influencers/KOLs to support marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate content shoots and production activities with creators to ensure quality deliverables.
- Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and optimise strategies for improved results .
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in digital and social media marketing
- Proficient in content creation and copywriting for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and analytics platforms
- Experience managing influencer/KOL marketing campaigns
- Background in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or service industries
